As we begin another school year at The Albany Avenue School, we do so with the expectation that every student, parent, and staff member will experience great success. From our youngest learners in 3K to our fifth graders, we will persevere in providing every child the quality instruction they deserve by beginning with the end in mind EVERY DAY.
This year, we invite every child to R.E.A.C.H. FOR THE STARS — to Respond, Engage, Achieve & Climb Higher! Our school is a doorway through which our children will be empowered with the knowledge, skills, values, and confidence to become responsible members of society.
COLLABORATION and persistence in TEAMWORK remain our strategy to stay healthy, both physically and mentally, and to finish another school year STRONGER. We warmly welcome our families to be active partners through our Parent Association and School Leadership Team meetings.
CLOSING THE READING GAP for EVERY STUDENT is our goal. We will use every instructional resource, method, and tool available to us, with fidelity, towards this end.
